Install Kairox

Ready in minutes — no IT department needed.

Prerequisites

  • Microsoft 365 Business Basic (or higher)
  • SharePoint Online enabled
  • Permission: SharePoint Administrator or Site Owner

1. Get from AppSource

Open the Kairox listing on Microsoft AppSource and click "Get it now". Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account and confirm the installation.

2. Deploy to your tenant

After installation, Kairox appears in your tenant's SharePoint App Catalog. Open the SharePoint Admin Center → "More features" → "Apps" and make sure Kairox is enabled for your organization.

3. Add WebPart to a page

Navigate to the SharePoint page where you want Kairox to appear. Click "Edit", then the "+" icon and search for Kairox. Choose the desired WebPart (Timesheet, Reporting, Admin, or Hub).

4. Get started

Save and publish the page. Kairox is ready to use immediately — your team members can start tracking time right away.

Tip: For the fastest start, we recommend the Kairox Hub WebPart as your landing page. It provides a central entry point for time tracking, reporting, and administration.
