Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
With the SharePoint WebPart, all data stays in your Microsoft 365 tenant. With the Web App, data is stored on EU-based Kairox servers. With Azure Managed, in your own Azure subscription.
Do I need SharePoint?
No. With the Web App at app.kairox.de, you can use Kairox without a SharePoint license. The SharePoint WebPart additionally offers native integration into your M365 environment.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, you can upgrade from Free to Team or Business at any time. Your existing data will be preserved.
What is the Dedicated plan?
The Dedicated plan is designed for large organizations with specific requirements. It includes a dedicated API instance and can be operated as an Azure Managed App in your own subscription.
