How do I get started with Kairox?

The fastest way is the Web App at app.kairox.de — sign up for free and start right away. For SharePoint: Search for "Kairox Timesheet" in the Microsoft AppSource or your SharePoint App Catalog. An administrator can deploy it tenant-wide.

Where is my data stored?

It depends on the variant you choose: With the Web App, on EU servers operated by Kairox. With the SharePoint WebPart, directly in your Microsoft 365 tenant. With the Azure Managed plan, in your own Azure subscription. In every case, your data stays under your control.

How do I manage licenses?

Licenses purchased through Microsoft AppSource are managed through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Go to Billing → Your products to view and manage your Kairox subscriptions.

Can I export my timesheet data?

Yes! Kairox provides export functionality for your time entries. You can export to Excel format for further analysis or integration with other systems.

How do approval workflows work?

Kairox Timesheet includes a built-in approval workflow. Team members submit their weekly timesheets, and managers can review, approve, or reject them. You can configure approval chains based on your organization's hierarchy.

Is there a mobile version?

Kairox is built with a responsive design that works on any device. Simply open the Web App or your SharePoint page in your mobile browser.

How do I report a bug?

Please send bug reports to support@kairox.de with a detailed description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and any screenshots if possible. We typically respond within 24 business hours.
